Public domain hymns and songs displayed on the Service are not subject to copyright restrictions. Copyrighted songs are presented with metadata, chord structures, and arrangement tips only. Full lyrics of copyrighted songs are never hosted or displayed.
6. User Content and Submissions
By submitting content to WorshipChordBook (including song submissions, chord charts, arrangements, and tips), you:
- Represent that you have the right to share such content.
- Grant WorshipChordBook a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your submitted content as part of the Service.
- Acknowledge that submissions are reviewed by our team before being published.
- Understand that we may edit, modify, or decline submissions at our discretion.
You retain ownership of any original content you create. We will never claim authorship of your original songs or arrangements.
7. Copyright and DMCA
WorshipChordBook respects the intellectual property rights of others. We do not host full lyrics of copyrighted songs. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The URL or location of the infringing content on our Service.
- Your contact information (name, email, phone number).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

8. Subscriptions and Payments
WorshipChordBook offers both free and premium subscription tiers. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable subscription fees as described at the time of purchase.
- Authorize recurring charges unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
- Accept that subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Free tier features and limitations may change at any time.
9. Free vs. Premium Features
The free tier provides limited access to certain features including basic chord rendering, limited transpositions, and a restricted number of setlists. Premium subscribers receive full access to all features as described on our Pricing page. Feature availability may change, and we will notify users of significant changes.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Disclaimers
